President Obama on Labor Day
The media is continuing it's constant attack on President Barack Obama. Everytime you turn on the news or read the an article they have these pollsters with low approval ratings. Well one thing I learned in college was to never believe one source of information. Always do your research 9 times out of 10 the polls they are referring to are from a conservative spin off. Many Republican groups and clubs (Koch brothers) you need to read about these crooks are out to destroy our fabric of America. They want the KKK and teabaggers running our country into the ground. All the other side cares about is keeping the super rich cushioned. Don't believe these sorry ass polls. President Obama will et re elected, he will maintain ou economy and he will shut all the critics up by bringing our country out of the dangerous hole it is in. It is up to us as citizens to get involved and go out and vote. We need to keep unions strong and make the wealthy pay their damn taxes....PERIOD!!!!

CNN anchor Don Lemon book "Transparent"
Book Description: Source:Amazon.com
In this unique memoir, Primetime CNN anchor Don Lemon takes readers behind the scenes of journalism, detailing his own struggle to become one of the most prominent African American men in television news—and inside some of the biggest stories of our times. Never one to stop at the surface of the story, Lemon digs deep, exposing his own history with wealth and lack, with family secrets and painful revelations--and explains how those painful early experiences shaped his ambitions and gave him the tools of empathy and fearlessness that he brings to his work. Then Lemon turns the same searing honesty on the news industry itself, taking the reader behind the scenes of September 11, 2001, the DC Snipers, the epidemic of AIDS in Africa, Hurricane Katrina, the election of Barack Obama, and the death of Michael Jackson among other events.
With his clear and compelling storytelling and the rich detail of an Emmy-winning journalist, Lemon reveals his own painful journey from a little boy who dreamed of broadcasting in segregated Baton Rouge in the early 70s, to his current perch at CNN in a fascinating and compelling look at the world of television news and his own experiences reporting in it. I will definitely be picking up this book. I love inspirational journeys that people share with us. It takes alot to open up about who you really are and I think gay people are hated by straight people because straight people envy the gay spirit of freedom. I give Don two thumbs way up for opening up and writing this book!!

In March 2008, Mavado was featured performing a rendition of his song "Real McKoy" for Grand Theft Auto IV Trailer #4 "Everyone's a Rat". "Real McKoy", along with "Last Night" (both from the album Gangsta for Life), were also featured in the game on the radio station "Massive B Radio". Ludacris - Rich & Flexin feat. Waka Flocka
Ludacris introduced this song on 107.9 over this Luda day weekend here in Atlanta. I think the song goes hard..and Waka Flocka is an added bonus on this track. Luda is working on a new mixtape so we should be hearing more from the ATL native. The song kinda catches you off guard at first because you hear Justin Timberlake's "Cry me a river" but then the beat changes and ypou realize this aint no Justin Timberlake...LOL I am a huge Ludacris fan I had the pleasure of meeting Ludacris at his Straits restaurant. He is a very friendly humble individual. If you are ever in the the Atlanta area, you have to stop by his place, the food is good and the restaurant is beautiful. I would love to see a video for tis song "Rich & Flexin" which features one of my favorite rappers Waka Flocka Flame. I give the song two thumbs way up!! Enjoy!!

Nicky Romero - Growl (LOOPERS Remix)
Ok for some reason during this labor day break I had a craving for some house music, electronic dance music whatever the politically correct category it fits in. I came across Nicky Romero's song "Loopers" and I liked it. . Born and raised in a small city called Amerongen, Nicky developed an interest for music at a very young age. At the age of 6 he hit his first snare drum after joining a marching band and this is where it all kicked off for young Nicky. After saving up for a little while, Nicky obtained his first drum kit and started banging away at it like there was no tomorrow. For the next three years there was only one beat to be heard in the Romero household, Nicky’s beat, practicing the drums day and night. Being bored with the drum kit, made way for a brand new set of turntables. Studying and practising his mixing skills were mainly what Nicky’s life consisted of at the time. Already flirting with the idea of making his own music and rocking the crowds some day. When Nicky finished school, the path was clear and the objective was set, producing music became not only a career, but a way of life! People the likes of Tiesto, Fedde Le Grand, David Guetta and Sander Van Doorn all often feature tracks by Nicky in their sets. All these accolades make for Nicky being one of the hottest, most sought after producers and remixers on the planet today. With remixes for Green Velvet, Tiesto, Flo-Rida and David Guetta the outlook for 2011 is a promising one. (Source: logarhythm, pacha preview) I give the song two thumbs up!! Enjoy!!

Nick van de Wall, born Afrojack,[2] is a Grammy Award winning Dutch music producer and DJ. Born and raised in Spijkenisse, Netherlands,[3] He was listed as number 19 on DJ Mags top 100 DJs of 2010.[4] This was the highest new entry of the year's list.[5] Afrojack's song "Take Over Control," which features Dutch singer Eva Simons, charted in a number of countries. In July 2010, Afrojack created an Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1.[6] In December 2010, Afrojack announced, via his website, that he would release an album called Lost & Found. The album was released December 22, 2010. In 2011 Afrojack opened the year by remixing Ian Carey and Snoop Dogg's single "Last Night" to great acclaim. Later on, Afrojack was featured on Pitbull's #1 hit single "Give Me Everything" along with Ne-Yo and Nayer. He also contributed to the single "Run the World (Girls)" by Beyonce. I don't care what anyone says I am feeling this Dutch electronic music movement. I like Afrojack's music and his dj style. I give the song two thumbs way up and I absolutely love love the video!!! Enjoy!!!

Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong thrown off Southwest flight
Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong thrown off Southwest flight <- Please read this article! He was thrown off the flight because he didn't pull up his baggy pants. WTH? I am so sick and tired of these corporate asswipes telling people how to dress. We have unemployment rising out the ass and they worried about pulling up pants over your ass. Everytime our society goes through hard times they attack freedom of individuality. Remember the hippie movement, Ronald Reagan was a big time hater of the hippie movement attacking their causes and styles all the while he was fucking up our country. I don't know who is worse Reagan or Bush...they have taken our country and run this country into the damn ground. Go up to 10 people and I guarantee you one has either lost their jobs or lost their homes. It is a crying shame. In the news last week Lil Wayne was attacked for wearing tight leopard pants. I am sorry but Lil Wayne's leopard pants are not making us lose our dollar value around the world. He is an individual and is ALLOWED to wear what ever he wants too. It is a free nation and yes even for black men it is a free nation! The point I am trying to make is I hate the group think mentality that as soon as a man wears a certain style he is labeled as a homosexual. Lil Wayne just put out a really powerful video :How to Love" he is saying some things they don't want us to hear..We have to stop attacking all the wrong issues. A rock or rap guy wearing baggy pants is not what is bringing our society down. It is white collar crimes and crooks in the Republican party that unfortunatley we gave power too by not voting, who are driving this country into third world status. Wake up stop saying our problems are hairstyles, baggy pants, personal style. Embrace people's individuality and say no to the group think mentality and corporate nazi facism. We don't need a police state we need the correct people running our country. President Barack Obama is one man who is trying to bring the much needed change we need and look at his haters....almost everyone....I know he is doing a good job and I will vote more people like him into office. We need need more politicans like him that are willing to sacrifice popularity over doing the right thing!

Party Rock Anthem-Kia Soul Hamster Commercial
If you watched the VMA's last week you saw this commercial air during the broadcast. First they drove. Then they rapped. Now they're dancing (to LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem). But they're not doing any old dance. They're shuffling. And they're doing it harder, faster and better than any hamster has ever shuffled before. Is it me or don't these robots have better rhythm than most people who try to dance? LOL And speaking of LMFAO the group's album is one to buy. I am always listening to their cd when I workout. This commercial reminds me of the Black Eyed Peas video "Imma Be" where that robot was dancing. I give the commercial two thumbs up and I finally know that these are hamsters not rats...LOL Enjoy!!!
Snoop Dogg "Wonder What It Do" Feat. Uncle Chucc
I love me some Snoop Dogg and he is paying homage to Boz Scaggs....oh helll yeahhhhhhhhhh!!! Boz did this song "Lowdown" this was the jam!!!! I have included Boz Scaggs song below. You can't argue that this aint some good music..Snoop did a good job by shedding some light on this song. We do have the rare treat of hearing this song on the radio once in a while. I love the video...Snoop always brings the real bizness!! I give the song and the video two thumbs way up!! Enjoy!!!
This is the 70's jam! Mr. Boz Scaggs
Lil Mama - Scrawberry
Lil Mama pays homage to one of her role models, the legendary MC Lyte, with this song "Scrawberry" which samples Special Ed's "I Got It Made" and is directed by Phil Lee. I am a fan of Lil Mama on Americas Best Dance Crew..People keep saying and comparing her to Nicki Minaj. I mean Nicki has made a market off of the differnet color hair and all that but she didn't invent the usage or is the only one allowed to use those concepts. I like Lil Mama, she is a good role model and she is doing her thing. I give the song and the video two thumbs way up! Enjoy!!
Cassie ft Fabolous - Radio

This song "radio" features a brief cameo by Fabolous, the track comes courtesy of Diddy and DJ Prostyle’s Bad Boy Presents THE PREVIEW mixtape. Damn everybody got a mix tape out nowadays. I guess thats one good way to keep your own money as an artist and generate industry buzz. I would love to see a video for this song. I give the song two thumbs way up. Enjoy!!
