I watched the video and was pulled in by Jess....she is interesting and reminds me of Amber Rose.  She has a good rap style and flows very well.  I am a big fan of female MC's...my all time favorite is McLyte.  I appreciate a girl that can spit rhymes..Jess is well on her way with some exposure and getting her music heard and pushed...she has a good chance of being the next big thing musicallly.  I give this song and the video two thumbs way the hell up!! I absolutely love this song and the concept of having a futuristic band mix with an Old school act with Mr Rodgers. Nile Rodgers wow he is legendary in the world of soul music. Pharreal has some really good songs and this one can be added to hos index of great ones. I love the old school mixed with new school. Nile Rodgers is an American musician, producer, composer, arranger, and guitarist who has worked with acts from Luther Vandross to David Bowie. He formed the group Chic which belt out many soul songs in the late 1970's including "Le freak" I am glad to see his contribution to this terrefic song. Damn this is the first time I got to see the video and I gotta say wowzer!!! Nicki and Wayne got that chemistry...I don't know if that was just acting but they got it.. I love Nicki's part she is a very well versed female rapper. Anyone who is hating needs to get up there and show us what skill you got..LOL I have to give this song and the video to this song two thumbs way the hell up..I am putting into my zune music list as we speak. Wow this song really gives you a flashback of the 90's. Other than the autotune in the song its not a bad song. I am glad to see seasoned veterans make themselves stay relevant in a dog eat dog industry. It is interesting that they are labeling their little trio TGT to incorporate each mans first name. I like that concept, I am wondering if they will put a video together for this track...I think the visuals would really make this track go far and reach a larger audience. I think everything Rhi Rhi touches turns to gold. Add this mega banger to her collection. It is so dope especially since it has my two favorite rappers...Jeezy and T.I. what????? hell yea!!! WellI'm back I took a little mini me vacation.....anyway I posted this song not to long ago and fell in love with it then but now the video has just been released and I love it even more! The video concept is wonderful and thought provoking which captures your interest. This is gonna be one of those timeless songs...meaning years from now we will still be listening to it. I listen to this song literally everday!!! It is a great great song and the singer is hugely underrated. I hope Luke James gets his time to shine. I like this song and the video is cool too....my only question is why is there a squeaky bed sound throughout the whole song. Ok when I seen this video I was so happy to see Trinidad James representing his country. The video definitely makes the song sound better. It's one of those things that is upgraded by the visuals. I liked Trinidad James from the jump, I thought he would blow up like he did. I know alot of people are hating on him and his style but I think he is just being himself. I love when people do what the fuck they wanna do and not worry about the haters who gone hate on you anyway no matter what you do. I love the fact that people are trying to say Trinidad James is dancing with the devil. If people would educate themselves they would know that in Trinidad, Carnival was created when West African slaves mimicked their French owners who where known for their lavish costumes balls. Forbidden to partake in these festivities and confined to their quarters, slaves combined elements from their own cultures to their master's fete. I like this song...I really came for Neyo but stayed and enjoyed Jessica. She has a really good voice. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she is a really good singer. His name is Damien Crawford and his musical genre is a mix of R&B, Hip Hop, & Pop, in which he likes to refer to as, "Urban Pop." I am all for the song and whateva category we can put it in is fine with me just as long as we appreciate the artistry in the music. This is a perfect club track to dance to. Oh Miss Kelly Rowland is a true entertaining beauty. I love this video, it is so Whitney Houston "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" mixed with the Brady Bunch and Girlie Pin up retro styles. It is a blend of so many creative things. I love all the hair styles Kelly wears int he video. She can wear anything look good in it. My favorite is the blue hair I think that is the coolest look I want some for me...LOL I was so hoping a video would come out for this song and I was pleasantly surprised. Wow I didn't even know there was a remix to this Neyo song.  I like this version alot.  The other version is good but has a more club beat/house music type of vibe whereas this remix has more of an R&B feel.  I like Neyo's music and to have French Montana on this track is definitely a good look...it is a perfect collabo..and a good move....I give this remix two thumbs way the hell up!! I love the Jersey Shore cast and I am glad to see these spin off shows from the cast members.  How cool is this show to have celebs come by where you grew up....I love it.  The fact that Lil Wayne is humble enough to do this show gains all my respect.  I liked him before now I really have the upmost respect.  I like how Vinny's family keeps it real and laughed and joked and were loud and fun to be around.  Lil Wayne looks like he had a blast.  I am tuning in to this show. I stumbled upon a great artist while browsing other blog sites.  I learned that Parker Ighile is a Nigerian British producer, rapper, singer and songwriter. He is currently signed to Trinidadian-born American musician Nicki Minaj's, yet to be named, record label and serves as her first official artist Source:Wikipedia.  Ighile himself labels his music as PUP Progressive Urban Pop...I guess there is a new genre...I like the acronym PuP...anyway however you want to label it...I can say that I enjoy the sound and the song is in my collection as we speak.  I give the song and the video two thumbs way the hell up!!! 94 East - "If You See Me"

 

I bet you didn't know about this..... you know the one and only legend Prince. well there was this band called 94 East which was a Minneapolis-based funk group formed in December 1975 by Pepe Willie, the former husband of Prince's cousin. Willie was one of the people responsible for getting Prince's career up and running, and soon enlisted the talents of a young Prince and his childhood best friend, André Cymone. Prince also composed one song for them, "Just Another Sucker". The band disbanded when Prince became a star in his own right. The 94 East recordings were recorded between December 1975 and February 1979. 94 East was named after Interstate 94. Hey sometimes you gotta say shit with no filters...and on Young Dro's latest track he does just that.  On "Fuck Dat Bitch" he tells it straight 100 with no chaser how he feels.  I agree with the lyrics and I really am feeling this song.  I think this gonna be a big hit for Young Dro.  Well the only problem is when it gets radio ariplay they always bleep out the curse words which don't make sense to me...Art should be expressed the way it was created but who am I....I don't own the radio network.  Anyway I like this song its simple and has a good beat.  I give this song two thumbs way the hell up.  Enjoy!!

Now this is some cool ass music.  Passion Pit and Juicy J have come together on a really infectious tune entitled "Constant Conversations"  I personally think the collaboration is perfect with the smooth sounds of Passion Pit mixed with the rap of Juicy J it really does work well together.  I think if this song gets some radio play it would end up high on the music charts and on the request line as well.  I give this song two thumbs way the hell up!! OMG I can't believe she is gone. My mom passed away Tuesday after a long battle with Lung cancer.  Even though she was 80 years old and she had been sick for a long time...I am so depressed.  I have been preparing for this to happen but when it really did happen...I lost it!  She had been through so much pain and suffering.  I am so happy she is with God now and her struggles and pain are all gone.  Damn I miss you mom already!!! DAMN.......I love you and hope you will always remember me....Your daughter Nikki

The video is pretty good..I like the red lights it reminds me of my bedroom...I like colored lights all around it makes it more relaxing in my opinion.  Anyway I am glad to see DJ Drama putting together great collabos.  I give this song and video two thumbs way the hell up!! Kendrick Lamar never fails to bring something to his audience.  This dude is just pure talent...his lyrics are the truth..the beats are on point and the song is excellent.  I know alot folks are coming to this video to see the booty shake but whateva gets you hear will force you to listen to some great lyrics.  Alot of the videos coming out kinda got that 90's Hip Hop vibe...Reminds me of Dr Dre Days when Cali was on the map and taking ova.. I am a Kendrick Lamar fan and he has never disappointed.  I give this song and video two thumbs way the hell up! Enjoy!!
