Fab over 40
Check out the September cover of Essence magazine...Iman is well over 40 but wow they all look fabulous...I am 40 and I feel the best I ever felt in my life...Life is fab at 40! Eating well, exercising and just having fun in life is the best tips....Also lots of TLC, sex with the one you love. Also try to pick up the issue First Lady Michelle Obama writes an open letter to women in the Sept issue. Enjoy!
