Yes finally a judge has deemed Prop 8 the ban on gay marriage unconstitional. This is a ridiculous ban...I am so glad it has been deemed unconstitional...If two men or two women want to marry how the hell does that affect me, you or anyone. Leave people alone...gays should have the same rights and freedoms we all have. No dumbass is going to be able to prove that marriage should be between a man and a woman only ...Marriage is broader than that and gays should have a right to marry if they want too!!!
