This is some of the funniest shit I have ever seen and its all real!!!!This was a real case and it is not a comedy skit. I am so surprised Dave Chapelle never got a hold of this footage. The way Rick acts is so funny and when he says the guy has a little sugar in his tank...so funny!!!! It is hard to watch this and not laugh or think that Rick really was crazy. Damn look how young Judge Joe Brown looked...LOL I had to post this...I did't believe it myself but he really did appear on this show as a Plantiff....LOLLLL!!!!
