This is why Nas stays on the scene because he is raw, real and sticks to the truth...In the video he brigns to the light the fact that if he had been a better role model for his daughter and been there more for her she would have picked better dudes to date. The video is a must see and really gets to the heart of what is important. There is no greater job than raising kids. Many of us grapple with the idea of coolness and staying in the streets or being moms and dads and staying in the home. Kids need their parents....we are their first models in life. I don't know why this was controversial...it seems he has a baby mother who isn't too happy about the song or video. Well you can't please everyone...I am glad Nas did the video!
