 Supermodel Gisele Bundchen lingerie ad  is being called sexist? Brazil yes Brazil wants to ban this commercial.  Wow you would think a country like Brazil that flaunts women's naked butt cracks around the globe would be happy that a fellow Brazilian supermodel is doing an ad like this.  According to reports some Brazilian officials are slamming  the ad calling it sexist and want it banned. See the controversial commercial.  Do youthin the ad takes women back? I think shows like Madmen and the Playboy Club make women look worse than this ad.  Thoughts or comments?

HOW TO LOVE (REMIX) - JUSTIN BIEBER

This is for all the Justin Bieber fans out here.  Justin does a "How to Love" cover of Lil Wayne's song.  I can't say that I like it better than Lil Wayne's but it isn't that bad.  Justin has some talent and he did the song some justice.  Sorry I can't say that I have Bieber fever though....Damn I am not the biggest fan of Justin but he is doing his thing and making that money so you can't hate on that!  It is hard being a child star and this fame will be short lived so he better enjoy it whle he can.  I give the song two thumbs up but I do prefer the original better.  I also love Lil Wayne's video for this song.  It has a powerful message about choices we make in life.  Enjoy!!

This video is very well donw, I appreciate the sights of Amsterdam in this one.  Also the big buzz is that T pain is showicasing the new I Phone 5 in this video.  The phone is clear see through and it is so cool looking.  The song is really catchy too, it is the kinda song that stays with you once you hear it.  Some people still complain about  T-Pain's autotuning but I like it.  I think he does a fine job on this song.  I like how Wiz Khalifa added a little rap part towards the end of the song.  I also dig Lily Allen's verse in this song, it all ties in with the melody of the song.  T-Pain was asked about the song in which he said "The song is basically about me being where I am at a club. I'm just taking too long and Lily wants me to come home right now," Pain explains. "And it happens a lot with me in real life, so why not make a song about it? She doesn't care where I am or what I'm doing, she just wants me to come home."  Hey they say art imitates life...I am liking this song and the video is good too. I give it two thumbs way up! Young Jeezy - F.A.M.E. ft. T.I.

This song is that fireeeee!! and has been blasting all over the radio in the ATL!! T.I. is featured ont he track and he is celebrating his release from prison this weekend in the Atlanta area.  Young Jeezy and T.I. are my two favorite southern rappers so I love when they do a track together.  The lyrics are so true, so many people are envious.  T.I. brings his great rapping style to the song and vows to never go to prison again.  We hope that aint the case.  "F.A.M.E. (Fake A** Muthaf*ckas Envy)." gets two thumbs way up and I can't wait to see if a video will be made for this song.  Young Jeezy  fans will  continue to wait for his delayed fourth full-length album, "Thug Motivation 103," Enjoy!!

I am loving this song...the 808's on this is the shit!!! I was waiting for Roscoe Dash to  step out and do his thing. He is strong enough to hold his own. I love when he does collaborations with other artists but he is talented enough to reach the top with this.  Also check for J holiday in the video, he cut off his braids! I am liking this video!  ATLLLLLL!!!! stand up!!! Oh did you see Edward Scissorhands in the video....LOL this looks like it was fun to make. I give the videos two thumbs up. It just premiered on BET 106 and park. I am sure this will be in the top 10 countdown in a short time frame. Enjoy!!

NEW Wale ft. Miguel- "Lotus Flower Bomb" + Download Link

This is a great collaboration. Wale is a talented rapper and Miguel is one of my favorite singers out there! To be honest though in my opinion Miguel could have put this track out alone without the rap and it would probably climb the charts. I actually think this song did not need the rap part in it. It is funny that every song nowadays has to have a rap in it. I remember in the 80's every song had to have a rock guitar solo in it. The influence that rap has on mainstream society is so powerful that it is a smart business move to use that influence in songs. I would love to see a video for this song. The duo of Wale and Miguel give this song a power punch, it should hit the top 10 mark on the charts.  Wale is getting  ready to release his sophomore album Ambition in November,be sure to look out for that CD.  I give the song two thumbs way up!! The Young Turks show uncovers how these Repulicans are outrageously insane. The latest fight that Nikki Haley-Republican Governor of South Carolina has come up with  is to propose a plan to drug test all the unemployed.  I am so sick and tired of people treating someone who was unemployed (by no fault of their own) like they are a bunch of lazy slobs.  There is no way in hell a person who has been unemployed for a long period is loving the fact that they are collecting a lousy little unemployment check.  Everyone unemployed would rather be employed making good money.  Go ask anyone you know that is unemployed!   I hope we all wake up and open our eyes to see that all the Republicans want is to destroy the fabric of our nation.  Remember friends don't let friends vote Republican!

In case you missed it Sunday night.  First Lady Michelle Obama travels to Fayetteville, North Carolina to join Extreme Makeover: Home Edition as they build a dream home for Barbara Marshall, a veteran, and her military family. This is what Joining Forces is all about, and because of everyone's hard work and her new home, Barbara Marshall is able to better serve her community but most of all inspire others to do the same. Our First Lady always looks so lovely and divine.  I know this family will not be able to live the day down that they got a new home and got to meet the First Lady of the United States. WOW spome people are so lucky!! She deserves it she served us all...Congrats goes out to her and her family!

Nancy Grace's Nip Slip

This is what the buzz all aroudn the internet today.  Nancy Grace had a serious issue going on with her wadrobe on last night's live performance of Dancing with the Stars.  If you watched it last night you were probably like me and wondering why they cut over to an audience that didn't clap? Well apparantly the Nip Slip happened and the live airing of the show stopped us from seeing it by cutting over to the audience.  LOL I don't know why we are so scared to see titties but we are...lol We can see everything on tv including people getting their heads blown off but we can't see a tit....WOW maybe priorities are out of wack....FCC?? Perhaps it was a publicity thing? I'm just saying?? The song is a reminder of the times...almost every song out is about poppin bottles in the club so why not add another one...LOL   Kid Ink links up with Ray J to put their “Drinks In The Air” as the tattooed rhymer prepares to release his upcoming mixtape Wheels Up. A full lyric video of this song has just been released. I was just listening to the radio the other day and I said that sounds like Usher...and it was Usher! I love his expansion into other genres of music. He does't get stuck in a box of what he is supposed to do. An artist branches his or her artisitry behind the boxed in constraints set out by societal conformity. I love the lyrics to this song. It is a feel good song with uplifting vibes that the music world needs at all times. This song "Without You" is featured on David Guetta's star studded album that was released a little while ago. I have heard several tracks off of David's album and it is a cd worth purchasing. I give the song two thumbs way up. I like the video because we get to read the lyrics but I do prefer a video showing the singer performing. In any case Enjoy!!

Get Far is an Italian dance music project leaded by Mario Fargetta, international DJ and Producer.  In some of his projects he worked with The Ministry. Shining star is mixed by several DJ’s. The video is pretty cheesy but tuhe song is pretty good once you get past the porno induced non creative visuals for this song.  This song came out a while back but I wanted to post it becuase I like finding music that the radio does not play.  I am going to assume that  the word Far  is short for Mario 's last name Fargetta. His last name almost sounds like David Guetta.  I like this song so I give it two thumbs up! "So Blessed" From Jill Scott's New album "The Light of the Sun" I heard and saw Jill Scott perform this song live on the UNCF An Evening of Stars.  I love the lyrics to this song.  It makes me sit back and take in all the blessings I have been given in my life.  Sometimes you need little things in life that help you and inspire you to look at what you have been blessed with.  I am not talking about just monetary blessings, for me the people in my life are my blessings. Jill is another singer that sounds the same live as she does on her records.  She is very talented and her latest album has has good music on it.  I give this song two thumbs way up!!Enjoy!

I am really feeling this song right here. I think adding Bruno Mars to the track was a wise decision. This song remind's me of Drakes "Marvin's room". I don't know if it's the vibe of the song or the lyrics that have me thinking about Drakes song.  In any case Lil Wayne remains at the top with the release of Carter IV.  Oh by the way this song "Mirror" featuring Bruno Mars is on the Carter IV album as well.  I really like the songs and the lyrics to this song are on point.  I would love to see a viseo for this song.   I give this song two thumbs way up! Miguel is a hell of a performeer and can really sing.  I did enjoy the original song by Britney but he changed the song to give it a completely different feel.  Miguel is definitetly a better singer than Britney thats for sure.  It is amazing how he covered this song and did it so well.  I love finding things like this on the internet.  I wouldn't mind seeing Miguel live in concert.  He is a performer that will have many years of success.  He is a true talent.  I give this cover two thumbs way up!! New music from Plies featuring Jeremih and Ludacris. I really think Jeremih has a good voice but he ruins it by jumping on rappers tracks. I like Ludacris but there is nothing romantic or appealing about rapping on songs that are supposed to sound romantic. I guess by the name of the song and what they are talking about it just is about sex not love but still. Jeremih has great potential to make hit records on his own. He had the hit "Birthday Sex" which did great. I am not hating on the song I like the song. I hope they make a video for the song it will be interesting to see if it will be a video concept we see all the time or something new. I give the song two thumbs up! Enjoy!!

Vesta Williams - Special

RIP Vesta Williams.  She was 53 years old and was found in a hotel room dead.  According to several reports the cause of death my either be suicide or accidental.  According to Los Angeles County coroner's Capt. John Kades, Vesta was found dead at 6:15pm on Thursday night and officials also discovered several empty prescription pill bottles.  What a shame to hear news like this.  In honor of her memory, I posted two of my favorite songs.  "Once Bitten Twice Shy" and "Special" were two of my favorite songs by Vesta Williams.  Please watch the videos above.  We lost another great singer.  RIP.

Jennifer Lopez "Papi" video

Not only does J Lo look great in her latest music video for "Papi" she is also the new spokesperson for the new Fiat.  The vehicle is featured in the video as well. When asked about Jennifer and her association with Fiat, Olivier Francois, chief marketing officer for Chrysler Group LLC, said...“Jennifer fits perfectly with the brand not because of who she is but because of what she is –authentic, passionate, modern and a fighter determined to stand out from the rest. X Factor USA (L.A. Auditions) Stacy Francis - Natural Woman

In case you missed it this was an amazing performance from Stacey Francis. Not only did her performance give me goosebumps, it made me cry. She has a heart touching story. The X Factor premiered tonight with Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, L.A. Reid and Cheryl Cole. I think I like this shows premise a little bit more than Americal Idol because it is open to all ages. Stacey came on the show thinking that at 42 years of age she was too old to think about her dream....hell no she aint too old...she is gifted and needs to share with all of us. I don't see no competition for Stacey on this show. To cover an Aretha Franklin song is extremely difficult but she pulled it off just fine. I am voting for Stacey to win the $5 million dollar recording contract. See her wonderful audition above. Enjoy!!

1990-Klymaxx Good Love

Keeping with the 90's theme, earlier I featured Htown and Jodeci...now lets get to Klymaxxing....LOL
"Good Love" was a single recorded by Klymaxx for the MCA label. Relying on an outside producer and songwriters, this song was recorded and released as the first single from their sixth album, The Maxx Is Back. This song reached number four on the Billboard R&B Singles chart. At this time, the group only consisted of only 3 members (Source Wikipedia).  The group Klymaxx had many hits back in the day including their infamous song "Men all Pause" I don't know if you happened to catch their story on Unsung but they have been through alot of drama. Despite all the issues, they had talent. I remember watching this video and loving the colors of their outfits and how they coordinated each outit to each frame. Klymaxx has and will continue to be one of my favorite girl bands of the 80's and 90's.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm all I can say in one word "LAME"..what the hell is this? It looks like a bad Dave Chapelle skit. I see why the 90's faded away and I am so glad. What kinda reunion is this??This got some likes on youtube.....WOW!!!!!! The cheap video makes this the ultimate fail of 2011..Man some people do not age very well either..I had to post this video ...cuz it reminds me of a practical joke...is this really real? Get out!!! Ok I hate the term grown folks music so I am saying this is real Man music. I love seeing the reunion of Tyrese and Taraji Henson on screen....ummm we can say "Baby Boy" remember them in that movie...Tyrese was Jody in the movie. Anyway this video is well made and reminds me of a Seal song. Tyrese gives a powerful display of vocals on this track. You can feel the passion he has for his woman in this video and song.   Tyrese has a new album entitled ‘Open Invitation’which is set to be released on  11.1.11 I am glad to see Tyrese back to singing ballads.   I think he is at his best with this new single "Stay"  I giv ethe video and the song two thumbs way up! Atlanta's own Future drops another song and video.  "Feeling I get" is featured on  the "True Story" Mixtape which is new music for 2011.  . The MC is setting the streets of Georgia ablaze with his track ''Tony Montana" and his recent mixtape True Story. Unlike most rappers Future plans to rap about nothing outside of his reality and his True Story mixtape is a testament to his word. "The mixtape True Story, everything on it from the beginning to the end is based on a very true story, and I just wanted to go in and paint the picture for the streets," the rapper told Mixtape Daily.  If you haven't heard Tony Montana where the hell have you been? Anyway I am feeling the video to "Feeling I get" I love the scenes of the ATL in this video.  I give the song and the video two thumbs way up!! Enjoy!!

What a loss of true talent. Amy Winehouse's voice reminds me of Billie Holiday.  She will be greatly missed.  I believe she never had the chance to find her genre, her voice is reminiscent of past legends.  Tony Bennett is another classic singer.  I am so glad we were given this gift of thier recording together.  This is a true tag team right here.  They both give us powerful performances and bring a soothing sound into this record.  I never really took in the value that Amy Winehouse gave us...but she definitely was a true talent.  I give the song and the video two thumbs way up! I love this group. They make me want to go to Venice beach California so much. They make it look fun. I know I read alot of comments of people saying you will feel gay after watching this video. Come on. really?? These guys are just bringing a light hearted fun into the music world. I have downloaded their entire album and it is worth buying it. I just don't understand why you have to sign in as an 18 or older viewer on youtube to watch this video. I have seen much worse on videos, movies and tv. I think this group is funny and talented. Landau Eugene Murphy Jr, Patti LaBelle ~ America's Got Talent 2011 Final...

Landau Eugene Murphy Jr.  performs with legendary artist Patti Labelle on America's Got talent. What a dream come true to actually get to perform with a lenegd like Ms. Patti Labelle.  I would be honored for the rest of my life.  I think it is a once in a lifetime dream to get on these shows get in the top 5 and perform with your idol.  I love Landau .  I think he is the best performer on this season of America's Got Talent and America agreed.  Landau was the winner of  season 6

FULL LEAD IN & PERFORMANCE - ....Landau blew all the competition away on America's Got talent as far as I am concerned.  His Frank Sinatra performance was amazing.  He channels Frank Sinatra in a way I haven't seen in so many years.  This is one of the songs that reminds me of my childhood because my mother loved the words to the song "My Way".  She had a tough life and still can say she was a great survivor.  .

This roast is going to be funny as hell. The rapper J. Cole has teamed up with R & B sensation Trey Songz for the new song "Can't Get Enough".  The video was shot in the Barbados and the water looks so nice..I wanna go swimming! And yes that is Rhianna making an apperance in the video.  It is unknown at this time if this track will be featured on the new  J. Cole' album entitled "Cole World: The Sideline Story" which  drops September 27.  I am liking the island vibe this video gives off and I really like the African chants that are used in the background.  I give the video two thmbs up and this song should make it high on  the countdown charts.  Enjoy!!

Val Young - If you should ever be lonely (FUNK)

If you know anything ablout the 1980's we had songs that  never get radio airtime nowon any old school show etc....  I wanted to feautre such song "If You Should Ever Be Lonely" is 1986 single by Val Young, a Motown artist. The single peaked at number twenty-one on the U.S. R&B chart. It was most successful on the dance chart, hitting number one for three weeks. She was discovered by George Clinton, who hired her as a background vocalist in 1977 for The Brides of Funkenstein, one of the many acts in his Funkadelic stable. In 1980, she recorded and toured with Roy Ayers. Young became a background vocalist for The Gap Band the same year and was featured with the group on the funk classic hit "I Don't Believe You Want To Get Up And Dance (Oops, Up Side Your Head)". She recorded five albums with the group and also toured with them.It wasn’t until she met Rick James that she became popular. James promoted her as the "Black Marilyn Monroe" and brought Young to Berry Gordy, who signed her to Motown Records on James' recommendation. Rick James produced her debut album Seduction which was released in 1985, it included the singles "Mind Games" and the title track "Seduction", as well as "Piece of My Heart" and "If You Should Ever Be Lonely", which were successful follow-ups in 1986.(Source Wikipedia)

Ok Lloyd is one of my favorite artists and this video makes the song for me.  I wasn't giving this song the credit it deserved until the visual was put in my face...LOL Anyway I love Wayne Brady doing the Lil Wayne part in the beginning.  I had to do a double take I thought Weezy cut off his hair.. I like the couple that became an internet sensation by having the girl rap the "Look at me Now" song....remember them. They are in the video as the band.  I love the cat rapping Andre 3000's part to the song.  I must say I enjoyed Lloyd's creativity in this track. I love his dance moves, a lil James Brown was happening in this video.  All in all I have listened to Lloyd's cd King of Hearts which this track happens to be on..and I must say he has come with some artistry that we should all enjoy and grow to appreciate.  I give the song and the video two thumbs way up!!Enjoy!!

Drake is coming hard again.  Drake released this new track produced by Noah “40″ Shebib from his forthcoming sophomore release, Take Care. “ClubParadise” (named after a strip club in Toronto) takes us on an introspective walk through  Drakes  reflection on life. Take Care will be released on Drake’s 25th birthday, October 24th of this year.  If every track on this album follows suit of all his other hits, we can be assured that it will be another best selling album for Drake.  I am a huge fan of Drake and his music...this song does not disappoint me, in fact it makes me want to hear more off the album.  I give the song two thumbs way up and I am wishing a video comes out for this single.  Enjoy!!

Monica has done it again.  She brings her very talented vocals into this new track which is the first single from her seventh studio album.  The 90's-inspired R&B track features Missy Elliott, Lil' Kim and Rick Ross, samples the Notorious BIG's "Who Shot Ya?" I think this is gonna be a top ten hut for Monica.  She is the proof that if you got IT you will have longevity in the music industry.  I like the fact that Rick Ross and Lil Kim are alos adding their talents onto the track.  I am glad to see Monica back she is one of my all time favorite singers.  I give the song and the video two thumbs way up!! Here is the first single off of Birdman's "Bigger than Life album.  I am feeling this one, I love Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne.  Baby has to be successful with this track with these two heavy hitters on it.I prdict this song will get pretty big and be in heavy rotation on the radio. The Young Money/Cash Money label is just belting out the hits...one after the other...I don't blame them because in the music world you are hear one day and gone tomorrow.  It is a very smart thing to ride the fame if you are lucky enough to be able to do it. Anyway I would love to see a video for this song.  I loved the video "Knockout" with Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne together.  I give this song two thumbs up and like I said I hope to see a video soon.  Enjoy!

David Banner- Swag

I have always said that David Banner was a cut above the rest. He is what you call a visionary social conscious rapper. Although he doesn't get the media attention he deserves, he is someone with a voice that is not afraid to use it in a positive way. David's new song "Swag" talks about the use of the N word and also talks about how we are being molded to accept anything that is thrown to us. This is more than the use of the N word which is something that should not be marketed as being cool to use. There is nothing cool about gloryfying a sick past that used suffering as a tool of control. What I mean is white slave holders used that word in a sick, hateful way. Why the hell would we want to embrace such a word or movement? I can only say that we need to stop accepting the scraps of society. They used to throw scraps off their plates to slaves, so why are we continuing the sick tradition by throwing scraps to our future generations? I do not even think this is a debate that white people need to stay out of that is not the concern. The concern is a people that are being marketed to use and embrace a hellish nasty word. I can understand the school of thought that says well the youth use it so much it is a word of endearment, I say BULLSHIT to that!!!Just because you are black does not mean you have to accept less than anyone else. Accepting that word in your vocabulary says to others that you somehow buy into the concept of accepting less than..... why not teach the youth to embrace the word success and replace the N word with something positive, something that brings hard work and hope to future generations. The N word should be buried with the ideals of slavery. Just because something is targeted to you does not mean you should embrace it. Just look around and see all the negative things that are marketed to certain groups...you have the power to not buy in their market. Be strong and demand the upmost respect, respect each other and stop using that nasty harsh N word, it sounds disguisting coming from any human being whether they are black, white, hispanic or asian. It is a word and an ideal that needs to be destroyed. I am soooo glad David Banner made this song. He has a powerful message. I give the song two thumbs way up...it would be nice to see a video for this song. Enjoy!!

Wow I was surprised to see a video for this remix.  I don't know why I am surprised but adding on Trey Songz was a good move for DJ Drama. I got to say it again to me Roscoe Dash makes this song...The video is nothing to write home about...a bunch of unenthused average looking chics in the video....but on that note....it doesn't seem that many people (or maybe the video director) have any imagination in making a video...I'm just saying...LOL I got to say I do prefer this remix song better than the original song.  I think Trey helped the track.  I give the song two thumbs up but to the video I say..womp womp womp wompppppppppp.  Anyhow Enjoy!!

Oh I like this song! Mario knows how to come and give us some nice slow music. I don't particularly like the rap added to this track. This song could have stood on its own without Fabolous's part. In any case it is a nice song and I like Mario when he belts out the slow jams. He has a nice voice and it is best showcased in my opinion when he sticks to slow songs. Mario is working on his fifth studio album, I hope this will be one of the singles that will be on that new album. There is no set release date for the new album. I give this song two thumbs way up. Jermaine Jackson has made his own solo version “Blame it on the Boogie,” a song originally made by The Jackson 5 back in 1978, here he is preforming the song on a European show.  If you know the history, Jermaine was put out of the group when they recorded this song.  He was replaced with Randy Jackson.  I don't know if Jermaine felt bad about that all these years or just wanted to do his own version of this song.  I think becuae Jermaine endured all that he gets a pass for doing this song. I give his performance two thumbs up! He is working on shooting the video for this version of "Blame it on the Boogie" also..that should be coming out shortly.  Enjoy!!

I wanted to take it back to 1988 again this week. Ice-T put out this nasty little track here entitled "LGBNAF- Let's Get Butt Naked and Fuck" I know the lyrics are quite nasty but it is what it is. This track appeared on Ice-T's Power album. Of course if you don't know by now you can now catch Ice-T on his reality show "Ice Loves Coco" You can also catch Ice-T on Law and Order SVU.   Ice-T originally agreed to do only four episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, but he quickly gained affection for the ensemble nature of the cast. He relocated to New York City before his four-episode contract was up and remained with the show as Munch's permanent partner, Detective Odafin "Fin" Tutuola. I know he is happy collecting that steady paycheck!!

Giant saltwater crocodile captured alive in the Phillipines.  This 21 foot giant was caught and the monster weighed 1 ton!! Can you imagine seeing this thing walking around your neighborhood.  The crocodile — weighing 1,075 kilograms and estimated to be at least 50 years old — is the biggest to be caught alive in the Philippines in recent years. Wildlife officials were trying to confirm whether it was the largest such catch in the world, said Theresa Mundita Lim of the government’s Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau.  Guinness World Records lists a saltwater crocodile caught in Australia as the largest crocodile in captivity, measuring 5.48 metres. Saltwater crocodiles can live for more than 100 years and grow to seven metres. I know the villagers are happy that this monster was caught! WOW
